What file formats are supported?
We support CSV and Excel (.xlsx, .xls) files exported from any major email service provider including Mailchimp, Klaviyo, and HubSpot.
Is my subscriber data stored?
No. Uploaded files are processed in-memory and immediately discarded after the audit report is generated. We never store your subscriber data.
What counts as a valid GDPR consent record?
A valid record includes a consent timestamp, the source of consent (e.g. signup form), and the specific processing purpose. Our scanner checks for all three fields.
